Otter Camp
Rest awhile on the banks of the river in a delightful shepherds hut... keep a look out for kingfishers and otters.
Otter Camp harks back to bygone days, when shepherds lived with their sheep out in the fields. A shepherds hut would have provided a cosy haven whatever the weather, and ours are just as cosy today.
The shower room is an original hut which began its life on the Berkshire downs. The sleeping hut is an exact replica of the original, but with a few modern touches to make it super cosy and comfortable. A vintage log burner will keep you warm on cooler days and the stable door means that on long summer evenings you can star gaze from the blissfully comfortable king size bed. Guests at Otter Camp also enjoy the use of our lovely old fisherman’s hut, which provides a lovely socialable space for indoor cooking or as great place to curl up with a book.
Stay at Otter Camp for £120 per night; a tranquil haven for 2 people.
